These ropes utilise DYNEEMA fibre as a core with a highly durable polyester cover.
DYNEEMA is a high tech fibre with the highest strength to weight ratio of any natural or synthetic fibre.

vectran
Vectran has the durability that Kevlar lacks, and outperforms Dyneema with virtually no creep. Quite simply Vectran racing halyards perform to fully power sails as the wind strength increases. The abrasion resistance of Vectran allows the rope to work in gear at increased loads.

3 strand pre-stretched polyester
Exhibits the same properties as standard polyester, but heat setting and pre-stretching gives it its very low stretch factor, whilst maintaining flexibility and handling qualities. Easy to splice, it's suitable for use as halyards or in any situation where tension is constant. Ropes contain contrasting flecks.
